Data we collect

• Contact enquiries: name, company, work email, phone number (optional), company size and the content of your message.
• Client relationship: contact details of client staff, contracts, invoices and correspondence.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security purposes.

We do not collect special category data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it and legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
• To deliver our services and invoice them: performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting records: legal obligation.
• To secure this website: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.

Who receives your data

Your data is used only by our team. We rely on a limited number of processors: our website host (Vercel Inc.), our form delivery service (FormSubmit), our email and office software provider, and our accounting software provider. We never sell or rent personal data.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where this happens, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 24 months after the last contact.
• Client records: duration of the contract plus the period required by accounting and tax law (generally 6 to 10 years).
• Server logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
