Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Travel for on-site work is charged at cost and agreed in advance.
Fixed-fee projects
50% invoiced on signature of the proposal, 50% on delivery.
Retainers
Invoiced monthly in advance. 3-month minimum, then cancellable with 30 days written notice.
Day-rate work
Invoiced monthly in arrears based on timesheets you approve.
Payment method
Bank transfer, invoices payable within 14 days. We never ask for card details by email.
Cancellation
Cancel before work starts for a full refund of any deposit. After work starts, you pay only for work completed.
Currency
Quotes and invoices are issued in US dollars. EUR or GBP invoicing is available on request.
